Located in the historic Manitou Springs Spa Building, Manitou Winery is locally owned and operated. We import the highest quality grapes to ensure top tier, handcrafted wines. All of our wines are blended, fermented and bottled in house. With almost 20 years of experience, our winemaker crafts traditional house varietals as well as flavorful seasonal selections and custom blends tailored to your palate. Join us in our tasting room for a memorable experience or relax on the patio and take in the natural beauty of Manitou!

Mountain Spirit Winery opened in 1995 and is a family-owned and operated boutique winery nestled in the high country of the Upper Arkansas River Valley. We produce premium wines on five acres of farmland with apple orchards and an old homestead, surrounded by 14,000-foot mountain vistas. The grapes are trucked in after being freshly picked from the Western Slope vineyards of Colorado.

Co-vintners Terry and Michael Barkett bring state of the art equipment and educational backgrounds of clinical medicine and computer science to Mountain Spirit’s winemaking. This winery is trying to answer the question: “Everyone has a Merlot and Chardonnay. Do you have anything different to offer?” We continue to explore new blends of wines while maintaining high standards inherent to the gentle art of winemaking, which gives rise to our motto:

“Quality wines with a difference.”

Due to the overwhelming popularity of Mountain Spirit Wines they are only available to the public through the website, directly from the winery or gallery, or the Twisted Cork Cafe in Salida.

Savannah Bee Company

At Savannah Bee Company, honeybees are our passion. We are dedicated to educating children and adults about the important role bees play as pollinators of our food. As an integral part of our ecosystem and facing an abundance of threats in our evolving world, bees need all the help we can give them. Acts big and small can have a positive impact on the bees and their future – start a beehive, avoid pesticides, plant diverse flowering species, support local beekeepers. This store location includes a honey bar, kids area and cafe.

In 2016, Vinnie Fera was founded with the mission of crafting world-class wine in our home of Boulder, Colorado. We source premium quality fruit from highly reputable vineyards in California, Oregon, and of course, the Western Slope of Colorado. We believe our wines are best enjoyed with food, both as a means to compliment an exquisite meal and to elevate the shared experience with good friends and family.
