COVID-19 UPDATE 2021
To our Vino & Notes and Habitat for Humanity of Teller County supporters,
The 13th annual Vino & Notes festival is scheduled for Saturday, August 7, 2021. Due to the continually changing regulations surrounding COVID-19, this year’s event may look different than previous years. Vino & Notes will follow the latest requirements for outdoor events to ensure that our community stays safe. HFHTC remains dedicated to partnering with families and individuals to build attainable houses with affordable mortgages for vital members of Teller County’s workforce. We are in the beginning stages of our largest and most ambitious project yet, Trailhead Townhomes. Trailhead Townhomes is an 18-unit development in Woodland Park that will provide much needed housing to teachers, city workers and small-business owners who cannot afford to live and work in the same community. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer.
Again, thank you for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to seeing you next year.
With appreciation,
Keith Meier

COVID-19 UPDATE, Vino & Notes 2020 Canceled, Will Resume August 7, 2021
To our Vino & Notes and Habitat for Humanity of Teller County supporters,
We have made the decision to cancel Vino & Notes 2020 due to ongoing concerns related to COVID-19. While it is disappointing to cancel our 13th annual Vino & Notes festival, we feel it is necessary to postpone our festival until 2021 to protect the health and safety of event attendees, participants, and our community.
We sincerely thank you for your support of our event and our mission of providing housing to Teller County. Attainable housing is needed now more than ever and our work would not be possible without the generous support of donors, volunteers and community partners.
Our team is working diligently to wind down preparations for the 2020 event and contact our valued partners. We had an exciting event planned for this year and are working to shift our plans for 2020 over to 2021. We look forward to sharing Vino & Notes with you next year.
