2018 Vino & Notes Wine Maker’s Dinner at Shining Mountain Golf Course

Each course will contain a delectable wine specifically paired by the chef and featured winemakers from our Vino & Notes line up. The winemakers and the Shining Mountain Golf Course chef, Brad Gonzales will be available throughout the evening to talk about the wine and theory behind the pairings.
Brad Gonzales is the Executive Chef at the Bella Vista restaurant located inside the renowned and picturesque Shining Mountain Golf Course in Woodland Park. Brad has been a Chef in the community for 18 years taking much of culinary inspiration from his New Mexico roots that were taught to him by his grandmother. Spices, earthy tones, and family style menus have made Brad a local favorite. Taking his lead from Anthony Bourdain, Brad cooks for passion and specializes in simple but flavorful, savory home style comfort food. A ‘homegrown’ Chef hailing from Socorro, New Mexico, Brad has made Woodland Park his home and enjoys his family, his children, and a multitude of sports. When he’s not cooking at Bella Vista, you can find him enjoying a sporting event, sharing some serious barbeque recipes.
