Charitable Treasures Workshop
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Vino & Notes - Jazz, Food and Wine Festival. We are excited to offer you a very unique opportunity to showcase your business and products while helping to financially support such a worthwhile and life changing organization as the Charitable Treasure Workshop. Please review the below application procedures and click on the "Vendor Application" link to download our application form.
To apply:
> Please submit “Vino & Notes” Vendor Application, a photocopy of your Colorado
Sales Tax License, photos (see below) and vendor fee ($75 per 10’ x 10’ booth
space) by August 15, 2008. (An additional fee of $50 will be assessed after that
date and space cannot be guaranteed for late entries.)
> Fee for electricity will be $35.
> Please submit at least 2 photos or slides of your artwork or products, and a
photo of your booth. These will not be returned. Photos may be used in
promotional materials for the event.
> Food vendors need not send photos of food. We will only need a description of
the foods/beverages you will serve and a photo of the preparation facility.
> Food vendors and wineries must also complete and submit with Vendor
Application, proof of insurance and the “Teller County Mobile Unit/Temporary
Event Packet” found at:

> All applications will be juried by the “Vino & Notes” planning committee.
Vendor selections are based on appropriateness for a wine event, originality,
quality, attractive booth presentation and space availability.
> You will be issued one parking pass per vendor.
Confirmation of Acceptance will be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your
application.
Vendors accepted will receive information on set-up which will be 5:00AM –
9:00AM on Saturday, September 6, 2008. All acceptance decisions are final
(checks will be returned for those not accepted). If you are selected and do not
attend, no refund of your booth fee will be given.
